    • Slam Ball Over Shoulder
    • Burpees

Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Perform 21 Slam Ball Over Shoulder, followed by 21 Burpees. Then, complete 15 reps of each movement, and finally, 9 reps of each movement. The workout is completed when the last rep of the burpees is finished. Aim to move quickly and efficiently to beat the time cap.
