Rounds-for-Time Cardio Assault BikeFor Time:
- 50/40 Calorie Assault Bike
- 40 Box Jumps
- 30 Wall Balls
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
Notes:
- Use a 24/20 inch box for the box jumps
- Wall balls should be performed with a 20/14 lb ball
- Scale handstand push-ups as needed
- Time cap: 15 minutes.
