AMRAP Weightlifting Assault Bike

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15/12 Calories on Assault Bike
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows you to keep good form throughout the workout. The Assault Bike calories should be done at a fast pace, but sustainable for the duration of the workout. Step down on the box jumps to save energy.
