EMOM Cardio Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
- Minute 2: 10 Burpees
- Minute 3: 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
- Minute 4: 15 Air Squats
Instructions:
- Complete the prescribed work within each minute and rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
- Adjust the calorie count on the Assault Bike based on individual fitness levels.
- Push yourself to maintain a consistent pace throughout the workout.
