Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest on the Assault Bike.
- Then immediately transition to 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Power Snatches followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is total calories on the Assault Bike and total reps of Power Snatches.
- Push hard during the work intervals and try to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
