Strength:


  • 5 sets of 5 Back Squats

Instructions:


  1. Complete the Assault Bike Tabata workout first, pushing hard during the 20-second intervals.
  2. Rest as needed before moving on to the Back Squats.
  3. For the Back Squats, choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete all 5 sets of 5 reps with good form.
  4. Rest as needed between sets, aiming to maintain proper technique throughout.
  5. Focus on explosive power on the Assault Bike and maintaining proper squat mechanics during the Back Squats.
