Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 8 rounds)

Strength:


  • Back Squats x 5 reps
  • Push Press x 5 reps
  • Deadlift x 5 reps

Instructions:
Complete the Tabata Assault Bike intervals, then immediately move into the strength portion. Perform 5 reps of back squats, push press, and deadlifts with a challenging weight. Rest as needed between sets. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds.

Focus on maintaining a consistent pace on the Assault Bike intervals and choose a weight for the strength portion that challenges you but allows for proper form.
