Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off:
    • Assault Bike Sprints

Instructions:
- Set the Assault Bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Sprint as hard as you can for 20 seconds during each round, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain consistent effort throughout the workout.
