EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15/12 Calories on Assault Bike
  • Even minutes: 10 Push Press (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:

- Start the workout by completing 15/12 calories on the Assault Bike on the odd minutes, then move to the Push Press on the even minutes.
- Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.
