Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds

Strength Focus:
- 5 sets of 5 Back Squats at a challenging weight


Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata Assault Bike intervals, pushing hard for 20 seconds and then resting for 10 seconds for a total of 8 rounds.
- After completing the bike intervals, move on to the strength portion with 5 sets of 5 Back Squats at a challenging weight.
- Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during the intervals and strength work.
- Make sure to warm up properly before starting the workout and cool down/stretch afterwards.
