    • 20 seconds Assault Bike sprint
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Set the Assault Bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Push as hard as you can during the 20-second sprint intervals.
- Use the 10 seconds of rest to catch your breath and prepare for the next round.
- Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work.
