Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on Assault Bike
  • Immediately followed by:
  • 4 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest of max effort Front Squats (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Set Assault Bike to desired resistance level before starting
- Push hard during the 20 seconds on the Assault Bike
- Transition quickly to Front Squats for max effort during the 20 seconds
- Rest during the 10 seconds between rounds
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout
