Tabata Weightlifting Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Assault Bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Weightlifting:


  • 5 sets of:
    • 5 Deadlifts
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans
    • 5 Push Jerks

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata Assault Bike intervals, then move on to the weightlifting portion.
- Rest as needed between sets of the weightlifting complex.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts, Hang Power Cleans, and Push Jerks that allows for proper form throughout the sets.
- Focus on explosiveness and technique during the weightlifting portion.
- Time cap: 20 minutes.
