Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds Assault Bike sprint
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Set Assault Bike to desired resistance level.
- Push as hard as you can during the 20-second sprints.
- Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on maintaining a strong and steady pace throughout each sprint.
