  • 10 Burpees over the Bar

Instructions:
- Start each minute with the Assault Bike calories, then complete the burpees over the bar for the remainder of the minute.
- Rest the remainder of the minute after completing both movements.
- Scale the calories and burpees as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
