EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15/12 Calories on Assault Bike
  • Even minutes: 12 Burpees

Equipment: Assault Bike


Instructions: Start each minute with the prescribed calories on the Assault Bike, then immediately move into the burpees for the even minutes. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the calorie count and burpee reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
