EMOM Cardio Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
  • Even minutes: 10 Burpees over Assault Bike

Instructions:
- Set a fast pace on the Assault Bike to complete the calories within the minute.
- Push yourself on the burpees to get over the bike each round.
- Scale the calories and burpees as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
