Tabata:
- Assault Bike
- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds


Instructions:
- Set the Assault Bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Sprint as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
- Focus on powerful pedal strokes and breathing efficiently.
