Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike for 20 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Repeat for 8 rounds

Strength Focus:
- After each round of Assault Bike, perform 5 Deadlifts at a heavy weight


Instructions:
- Set Assault Bike to a challenging resistance level
- Focus on pushing hard for the 20-second intervals
- Choose a weight for Deadlifts that challenges you but allows for good form
- Keep track of total calories on Assault Bike and weight used for Deadlifts
