AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
  • 10 Burpees over the Bike
  • 5 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 calories on the Assault Bike, 10 Burpees over the Bike, and 5 Toes-to-Bar. Keep a steady pace on the Assault Bike to maintain consistency throughout the workout. Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Knees-to-Elbows or Hanging Knee Raises if needed.


Score: Total rounds + reps completed at the end of the 15 minutes.
