Assault Bike Blitz // Saturday - 2025.02.08

EMOM Cardio Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Even minutes: 10 Burpees


Instructions:
- Start each minute with the Assault Bike calories and then transition immediately to the Burpees on the even minutes.
- The goal is to complete the required reps within each minute and use any remaining time to rest before the next round.
- Scale the calories on the Assault Bike and the number of Burpees as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
