Assault Bike Blitz // Friday - 2025.01.31
EMOM Cardio Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Even minutes: 10 Burpees
Instructions:
- Start each minute with the Assault Bike for the prescribed calories, then move directly into the Burpees for the even minutes.
- If you finish the required reps within the minute, use the remaining time to rest before starting the next interval.
- Scale the calories on the Assault Bike and the number of Burpees as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
