Tabata Cardio Assault BikeTabata Style:
- 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)
Instructions:
- Set the Assault Bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Push yourself to go all out during the 20-second intervals.
- Keep a steady pace and focus on breathing during the rest periods.
- Make sure to properly warm up before starting the workout.
