Tabata Weightlifting Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating with:
  • Power Snatches for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Assault Bike
- Barbell
- Weights for barbell


Instructions:
- Set up the Assault Bike and barbell with appropriate weights.
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Immediately transition to Power Snatches and perform 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Score is total calories on the Assault Bike and total reps of Power Snatches.
