Weightlifting:


  • 5 rounds for time:
    • 10 Deadlifts
    • 8 Hang Power Cleans
    • 6 Push Jerks

Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Alternate between the Tabata Assault Bike intervals and the rounds of weightlifting. Complete all 5 rounds of weightlifting as fast as possible.
