  • Assault Bike
  • 20 seconds of max effort, 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.

Instructions:
- Set up your Assault Bike and adjust the seat and handles to your preference.
- Start the timer for 20 seconds of all-out effort on the bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second interval.
- Focus on your breathing and try to recover as much as possible during the 10-second rest periods.
- Stay consistent with your effort and aim to cover as much distance as you can in each interval.
