EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
- 10 Burpees


Instructions:
Complete the prescribed amount of calories on the Assault Bike followed by 10 Burpees within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the number of calories or burpees as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
