  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds max effort Assault Bike
    • 10 seconds rest

Strength portion:


  • 5 sets of:
    • 5 Front Squats
    • 5 Push Press

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata Assault Bike intervals first, aiming to push yourself to the limit during each 20-second effort.
- Rest 2 minutes after completing the Tabata portion before moving on to the strength portion.
- Use a challenging weight for the Front Squats and Push Press, focusing on form and technique.
