Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest on Assault Bike
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest of Air Squats

Strength Focus:
- Use the Assault Bike sprints to build power and conditioning
- Air Squats will help to build lower body strength and endurance


Instructions:
- Alternate between the Assault Bike sprints and Air Squats for the Tabata intervals
- Push hard on the Assault Bike sprints and aim for max effort on each round
- Maintain good form on the Air Squats throughout the workout
