Tabata Weightlifting Assault BikeTabata Style:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds Assault Bike
- 10 seconds rest
Weightlifting:
- Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
- 5 Power Cleans
- 5 Front Squats
Instructions:
- The Tabata intervals on the Assault Bike should be performed at maximum effort.
- For the weightlifting portion, aim to go heavy on the Power Cleans and Front Squats, maintaining good form throughout.
- Rest as needed between the Tabata rounds and weightlifting sets to maintain intensity.
