Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 Assault Bike Calories, 10 Deadlifts, and 15 Box Jumps. Choose a weight for the Deadlifts that challenges you but allows for unbroken sets. Scale the Box height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Record total rounds and reps completed at the end of the 15 minutes.
