EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 12/10 Calories on Assault Bike
  • Even minutes: 8 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform the prescribed number of calories on the Assault Bike during the odd minutes and the Power Snatches during the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
