Tabata Strength Assault BikeTabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- Assault Bike Sprints
Strength Portion:
- 5x5 Back Squats
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Assault Bike sprints, going all out for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds in between.
- After completing the Tabata portion, move on to the strength portion and perform 5 sets of 5 reps of Back Squats.
- Push yourself on the bike sprints and focus on maintaining good form and depth on the Back Squats.
- Adjust the resistance and speed on the Assault Bike to challenge yourself.
