Tabata Strength Assault BikeTabata:
- Assault Bike
- Strength: Back Squats
- Every 2 minutes, perform 5 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- After each round on the bike, immediately go to the rack and perform 5 Back Squats at 80% of your 1RM.
- Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
- Score is total calories on the Assault Bike and successful completion of Back Squats.
