Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the Assault Bike to maximize rounds. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets early on. Step up or jump up on the box jumps, and make sure to fully extend at the top of each rep. Have fun and push yourself!
