EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Snatches (#135/95)

Instructions:
- Start each minute with the Assault Bike for the prescribed calories, then immediately move on to the Power Snatches for the remaining time in that minute.
- Focus on cycling through the movements efficiently to maximize work within each minute.
- Scale the weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
