Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds Assault Bike Sprint
    • 10 seconds Rest

Instructions:
- Set the Assault Bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Push yourself to sprint as hard as you can for the 20-second intervals.
- Rest for the 10-second intervals to recover and prepare for the next sprint.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for a full Tabata workout.
- Focus on maintaining intensity throughout each round.
