Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds:
    • 20 seconds of Assault Bike sprint
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength:


  • 5 sets of:
    • 5 Front Squats
    • 5 Push Press

Instructions:
- Alternate between the Tabata Assault Bike sprints and the strength sets of Front Squats and Push Press.
- Push yourself during the sprints and focus on proper form and technique during the strength sets.
- Scale weight as needed for the Front Squats and Push Press to maintain good form.
- Time each Tabata round and track total calories burned on the Assault Bike.
- Stay consistent with your effort throughout the workout.
