Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds Assault Bike (max effort)
    • 10 seconds rest

Strength Portion:


  • 5x5 Front Squats (increasing weight each set)

Instructions:
- Alternate between max effort on the Assault Bike and short rest periods for 8 rounds in Tabata style.
- After completing the Tabata portion, move on to the strength portion with 5 sets of 5 Front Squats, increasing weight each set.
- Focus on maintaining intensity on the Assault Bike while also challenging yourself with the Front Squats to build strength.
