- 5 Power Cleans

- Immediately after finishing the Tabata, move on to the 5 sets of Power Cleans and Front Squats.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Power Cleans and Front Squats, aiming to maintain proper form throughout.
- Rest as needed between sets, but aim to push yourself to complete the workout in a timely manner.
- Record your total Assault Bike calories and weight used for the Power Cleans and Front Squats for future reference.
