Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds Assault Bike (max effort)
    • 10 seconds Rest

Strength Focus:
- After completing the Tabata, perform 3 sets of 5 Back Squats at 75% of 1-rep max.


Instructions:
- Push yourself to sprint on the Assault Bike during the 20-second intervals.
- Focus on maintaining good form and depth during the Back Squats.
- Rest as needed between sets of Back Squats to ensure proper recovery.
