Tabata Weightlifting Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds Assault Bike
    • 10 seconds rest

Weightlifting:
- 10 Power Snatches
- 10 Overhead Squats


Instructions: Perform the Tabata intervals on the Assault Bike, pushing hard for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. After completing the Tabata, move on to the weightlifting portion with 10 reps of Power Snatches followed by 10 reps of Overhead Squats. Repeat the entire sequence for a total of 3 rounds.
