Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Assault Bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Strength Focus:


  • 5 sets of 5 Back Squats at 75% of 1-rep max immediately after completing the Tabata Assault Bike intervals.

Instructions:
- Push hard during each 20-second interval on the Assault Bike, aiming for max effort.
- Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- After completing all 8 rounds, immediately move to the Back Squats for the strength portion.
- Focus on proper form and depth during the Back Squats to maximize the strength-building benefits.
- Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form and complete all sets.
