    • 20 seconds Assault Bike sprint
    • 10 seconds rest

Strength Portion:


  • 5 sets of:
    • 5 Deadlifts
    • 5 Strict Pull-ups

- After finishing the Tabata, move on to the strength portion with the deadlifts and strict pull-ups, focusing on proper form and technique.
