  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Assault Bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Skill: Double-unders


Instructions:
Perform max effort on the Assault Bike for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. After completing the Tabata portion, practice double-unders for 5-10 minutes focusing on technique and efficiency.
