  • Assault Bike (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds)

Equipment:
- Assault Bike


Instructions:
- Set the Assault Bike to Tabata intervals (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push hard during the work intervals and try to maintain a consistent pace throughout.
- Focus on breathing and staying mentally tough during the short rest periods.
- Remember to warm up properly before starting the workout and cool down afterwards to prevent injury.
