Strength Component:


  • 5x5 Back Squats (increasing weight each set)

Instructions:
- Push yourself to sprint on the Assault Bike during the 20 seconds intervals.
- Focus on proper form and depth during the Back Squats, increasing weight each set for a strength challenge.
