EMOM Cardio Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Even minutes: 10 Burpees
Instructions:
- Start each minute with the Assault Bike for the designated calories, then move on to complete the burpees before the minute is up.
- Push yourself to maintain a consistent pace and intensity throughout the entire 20 minutes.
- Scale the bike calories and burpee reps as needed to maintain proper intensity.
