EMOM Weightlifting Peg Board

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 3 Deadlifts
- 2 Hang Power Cleans
- 1 Squat Clean


Barbell: #185 / #135


Note: After completing the barbell complex each minute, athletes must climb the peg board. The number of peg board climbs will increase by 1 each round (starting with 1 climb in the first minute, 2 climbs in the second minute, and so on). If athletes fail to complete the required peg board climbs within the minute, they must rest the remaining time until the next minute begins.
