AMRAP Skill Peg Board

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 1 Peg Board Ascent
- 5 Burpees
- 2 Peg Board Ascents
- 10 Air Squats
- 3 Peg Board Ascents
- 15 Sit-ups


Instructions: Start with 1 Peg Board ascent, then complete the prescribed number of burpees, followed by 2 Peg Board ascents and the corresponding air squats, and so on. Continue ascending the number of Peg Board ascents each round until the 20-minute time cap.


Notes: Scale the number of Peg Board ascents as needed to maintain intensity and safety. Focus on efficient movement patterns on the Peg Board to maximize rounds completed.
